"Easy site to use, but still waiting on an apology"
The website was easy to get around, and I found the clubs I wanted faster than I expected. Checkout was clear too, with no weird steps or confusing pages. Overall, the shopping experience was good, but there was a small issue afterward that I feel deserves at least a simple apology.

"There was a lot to choose from..."
There was a lot to choose from, and most of it seemed decent. A friend recommended checking it out, and I’m glad I did. Overall, I’d say it’s a good option if you like having plenty of choices.

"Actually found what I needed"
I randomly checked here after a couple other sites were out of the club I wanted, and I was surprised they had it in stock. I did notice a few sizes and colors were missing on some other stuff, but overall the selection was solid. I’d definitely look here again.

"Fair Shipping and No Weird Checkout Surprises"
I picked up a wedge from Hurricane Golf, the shipping was better than I expected. Depending on the site, golf gear can look like a good deal until you get to checkout and the extra fees start piling on, but that didn’t happen here.
The package showed up in good shape, and the shipping cost felt reasonable enough that the whole purchase still made sense. For this kind of order, I’d have no problem buying from them again.

"Easy order updates"
I ordered from hurricanegolf.com and it all went smoothly. I got the confirmation right away, and they sent the tracking without me having to reach out or anything. The shipping updates were easy enough to follow, so I could see it moving along the whole time. No problems on my end, and I’d definitely order from them again

"Easy refund, even though I usually stick with another brand"
I’ll admit I’m usually loyal to another brand, so I wasn’t totally sure how this would go. But the refund came through quickly and without any hassle at all. that kind of smooth service makes me a lot more open to ordering from them again.

The club showed up more or less like it was described. I did notice one tiny mark that I guess I must’ve missed in the photos online, but overall it seems to be in the condition I expected.

I’m not sure what to make of it. The club just looked a bit off to me, especially compared to others I’ve seen, and it made me wonder if it was even real.

Ordered a club from hurricanegolf.com the packaging was solid. The box had a little dent, but the club inside was totally fine, so no biggie. Nothing fancy or over the top, it just got the job done. I’d order from them again for sure.

"Helpful when it counted"
